JOB SITE SIGNS

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION FORM
Stop wondering what your customers think of your work and take the time to ask them. Simply hand them a Customer Satisfaction survey with just 6 quick questions to answer to get the feedback you need. Sheets are 5.5”x8.5” and come 50 sheets per pad. There is a choice of ordering either 5 or 10 pads. Your company name, address and phone number will also be printed on the pad. Ask your customers to return the questionnaire on a follow-up visit or include a self addressed envelope to have them return it by mail.

This item is effective if given to residences in the surrounding areas of a current job.
